Artwork:
We require black and white camera-ready artwork. Digital files need to be in EPS format (Illustrator, Freehand, or Corel Draw).

CO-OP Pricing:

Gift Sets:

Imprint:
Imprint areas listed in the catalog are always width by height. A one location laser engraved or 1 color printed logo is included in the price of the item. A set-up charge of $68.75 (G) applies for all imprinted merchandise. The BQ-410, BQ-451 and W-2 can only be printed. Please call factory for available colors. Please specify the location and imprint method on your purchase order.

Packaging:
Unless stated otherwise, individual SEMCO utensils are packaged in a handsome matte black box.
BQ-410 and BQ-451 barbecue sets are packaged in polybag. SEMCO reserves the right to change packaging color and style at any time.

Production Time:
Standard production time is 7-10 working days from receipt of order with camera ready artwork, or approval of proof, if requested. Orders that have complex artwork may require additional time to process.

Proofs:
Please allow up to 5 business days for paper proofs and pre-production samples. See above for pricing.

Random Samples:
Samples are billed at end quantity pricing plus shipping.

Shipping:
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. California. All orders are shipped UPS Ground service unless specified on your PO or factory receives notification in writing 72 hours prior to expected ship date. Fed Ex shipping available. Factory is not responsible for delays by carrier.

Returns:
No goods will be accepted without authorization from factory. Please call Customer Service Manager for RA Number. Claims must be made within 60 days of receipt of order.

Terms:
Net 30 days with approval of credit references. Past due charge of 1.5% per month. Inactive accounts will be subject to new customer credit approval. The credit department reserves the right to require pre-payment on specific orders and to hold orders from production until deposit is received.
